Homeowner's Modifications Request - $100.00
The modifications department at Archival Designs, Inc. will work with you to customize our plans to meet your exact specifications. A $100.00 fee is required to receive a quote for all modifications requests. This fee will be applied to the total cost of the modifications, upon acceptance of the quote.
You will receive a written quote from Archival Designs, Inc. for all modifications you specify in writing to the modifications department, within 2-3 business days. The quote is valid for 30 days. $100.00 quote fee is non-refundable.
Once the quote is approved, you will be emailed a contract detailing the changes you wish to make to sign and fax back to us. Payment due to begin the project includes 50% of modifications plus plan price. Remaining balance is due before the project is released to the customer. You will be contacted by our Drafting Department when they begin work on your project. You will receive preliminary floor plan and elevation layouts to approve before we finalize the plans. Any additional changes may result in additional fee and time.
